Fresh Fennel Poriyal

Serving:4 |Type: Veg-Poriyal


Fennel(Chopped) -2cups
Onion(chopped) -¼cup
Salt -to taste
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tsp
Red Chili -2
Curry leaves -few



  1. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  2. Now add onion sauté for 30 seconds with salt, then add chopped fennel.
  3. Sauté for 2 minutes then cover with lid on medium flame.
  4. Cook until it get soft, then turn off the stove.
  5. Serve with white rice.
