Methi Poori- Kasoori Methi Poori (Dried Fenugreek Leaves Poori)

Methi Poori Ing

Wheat Flour -1cup
Besan(Kadalai Mavu) -2tbsp
Kasoori Methi -2tbsp
Chili Powder -1tsp
Green chili(chopped) -1
Ginger Garlic paste -1tsp
Turmeric -½tsp
Salt -To taste
Oil -2tbsp
Oil -for deep fry



Methi Poori Mavu

  1. Mix everything in a bowl with water like chappati dough.
  2. Apply ½tsp oil and keep it for ½ hour.
  3. Then make small balls and make like round small poori.
  4. Take a pan heat with oil fry the pooris like golden brown.
  5. Serve with hot.
