Microwave Corn Flour(Starch)Halwa

Serving: 6 to 8 pieces |Type:  Deepavali Sweets

Ingredients:

Corn Flour -¼ cup
Sugar -¾ cup
Water -1cup
Orange red color -2 to 3 pinches
Cardamom Powder -2 pinches
Ghee -2 to 3tbsp
Cashew nut -10 to 15 broken

 

 


Method:

  1. Mix corn flour, sugar, water and color in the microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes, then take it from the microwave and stir it.
  3. Again cook it for 3 minutes and stir it.
  4. Then add ghee, cashewnut and cardamom powder again cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir it well again cook it 1 minute and take out from the microwave.
  6. Then spread it in the small plate and let it cool it and cut it like small pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy.

Note:

  1. If you make ¼ cup of corn flour approximately it should take 10 minutes.
