Mushroom Green Peas Gravy

Serving: 4 |Type: Veg-Gravy

Ingredients:

Mushroom (cut) -1pocket
Green Peas -½ cup
Onion(Diced) -1 cup
Tomato(Diced) -1cup
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Red Chili Powder -2tsp
Garam Masala -1tsp
Turmeric -pinch
Salt -to taste
Coriander Leaves -few
Corn Starch -1tbsp

Method:

 

  1. Take a pan, heat with oil, add onion, sauté for 1 or 2 minute.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste sauté well with salt and turmeric .
  3. Now add tomato sauté well until tomato get mashed, then add chili powder mix well.
  4. Then add mushroom  and green peas sauté well and then add 2 to 3 cups of water cook until mushroom and green peas get soft.
  5. Now add garam masala boil it for 1 minute.
  6. Take ¼ cup of water dissolve the corn starch and mix it with a boiling gravy.
  7. Boil it until gravy gets thicken, garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Turn off the stove.
  9. Serve with chappathi or paratha.

Note:

  1. You can serve with pulav also.
