Pasipayaru Sundal

Ingredients:

Green Gram Dhal -1 cup
Oil -1tsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad Dhal -1tbsp
Red Chili -2
Asafotida -2pinch
Curry Leaves -few
Grated Coconut(optional) -2tbsp
Salt -to taste

Pasipayarusoaking

Method:

  1. Soak the dhal overnight.
  2. Boil with water and salt for 10 to 15 minutes until dhal get soft.
  3. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
  5. Add cook dhal in it and mix well.
  6. If you want add coconut, add it and turn off the stove.
  7. Serve it.
