Vendakkai Pachai Poriyal( Lady’s finger /Okra)

Vendakkai Vellai Poriyal Cook

Ingredients:

Vendakkai Full

Vendakkai(cut) -500 grams
Onion(diced) -½cup
Green or Red Chili -4 to 6(slit)
Oil -2tbsp
Mustard -1tsp
Urad dhal -1tsp
Curry leaves -few
Salt -to taste

Vendakkai Vellai Poriyal Cut

Method:

Vendakkai vellai poriyal instove

  1. Take wide pan heat with oil add mustard let it crackle then add urad dhal, curry leaves.
  2. Fry without burning then add onion and chili Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Now add vendakkai and salt sauté for 5 minute on medium flame.
  4. Cook until vendakkai get soft.
  5. Serve with white rice.
