Ingredients:
| Fish Boneless | -1 cup(200grams) |
| Onion | -1/2 cup (diced) |
| Green chili | -2 (chopped) |
| Ginger | -1 inch (chopped) |
| Turmeric | -1/4tsp |
| Chili Powder | -1/4tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Lemon Juice | -1tsp |
| Coriander | -2tsp |
| Garlic | -2 (chopped) |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -1/2tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Boil the fish in water for 5 minutes, drain it and let cool the fish, then crumble the fish and keep it aside.
- Take the heavy bottom pan heat with oil.
- Add seasonings fry for 1 minute.
- Now add onion, green chili, ginger, garlic sauté for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Then add turmeric, chili powder, salt and sauté well for about 2 minutes.
- Now add crumbled fish fry for about 3 minutes.
- Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves mix well keep it on the stove for about 1 minute on the stove and then turn off the stove.
- Serve with white rice.
Note:
- You can add 1 chopped tomato after sautéing the onion for extra flavor.
- You can use cat fish, salmon, tilapia, or any other fish fillet if you preference.
- If you want more spicy you can add chili powder or green chili.
