Ingredients:
| Beans(chopped) | -1 ½ cups |
| Onion(chopped) | -¼ cups |
| Grated Coconut | -2tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few(optional) |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Asafotida | -1pinch |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Add onion saute for 1 minute, then add beans saute with salt for 2 minutes .
- Cover with lid and cook on low flame until beans get soft.
- Now add grated coconut saute for 1 minute then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice.
