Ingredients:
| Steel cut oats | -½ cup |
| Jawar Flour | -¼ cup |
| Rice Flour | -¼ cup |
| Pasi Paruppu | -½ cup |
| Grated Coconut | -2tbsp |
| Ghee | -2tbsp |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:

| Coconut Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Dosai Milagai podi | -2tbsp |
| Curry Leaves,Greenchili | -few |
| Onion(diced) | -1cup |
Method:
- Dry roast the steel cut oats until it gets good aroma and keep it aside.
- Dry roast jawar flour until it gets good aroma and keep it aside.
- Combine both and grind like smooth powder then mix with rice powder.
- Cook the pasi paruppu into ¾ cook and keep it aside.
- Then add all the ingredients together mix like chapatti dough with hot water.
- Take a dough make like small ball steam it about 15 to 20 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning then add onion sauté for 1 minute.
- Now add cooked kuzhakkatai toss it with dosai milagai podi then turn off the stove.
- Serve it hot.
Note:
- Instead of dosai milagai podi you can add curry leaves podi.
