Ingredients:
| Raw Rice | -1 ½ cup |
| Grated Coconut | -½cup |
| Oil | -3tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tsp |
| Channa Dhal | -2tsp |
| Cashew nuts | -15 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Green Chili | -2 |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Cook the rice in the pressure cooker with little salt and oil.
- Spread it in the big bowl and let it cool.
- Take a pan heat with oil add all seasonings fry without burning.
- Then add grated coconut sauté for 2 to 4 minute and add salt, then turn off the stove.
- Now mix with rice well coated.
- Serve with any kootu, more kuzhambu.
Note:
- Instead of cooking oil you can use coconut oil.
