Ingredients:
| Green Apple(diced) | -1 |
| Onion(Diced) | -¼ cup |
| Tomato(diced) | -1 |
| Carrot(diced) | -1 |
| Almond | -10 |
| Green chili | -1 or 2 |
| Garlic(optional) | -2pod |
| Black Pepper | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Take a carrot and apple peel the skin and cut it and keep it aside.
- Boil the almond for 2 minutes in the microwave and peel the skin.
- Take a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and all ingredients except salt.
- Cook it until 2 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
- Let’s cool down the cooker then open it and add salt.
- Now smash it with hand blender, if it is too thick add require amount of water then boil it for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cream or milk.
- Serve it hot.
Note:
- If you don’t have a hand blender you can use the mixer grinder.
- When the boiled vegetables completely get cool then only you can grind.
- According to your taste you can adjust the green chili and pepper.
- Green apple is also called granny smith apple.
