Ingredients:
| Goat Meat pieces | -500grams |
| Onion(diced) | -1cup |
| Tomato(diced) | -1 |
| Garlic(Cut),Green chili-2 | -10 |
| Chili Powder | -2tsp |
| Coriander Powder | -3tsp |
| Meat Masala(optional) | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -3tbsp |
| Sombu | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Fenugreek | -¼tsp |
| Red chili, Kalpasi | -1 |
Method:
- Take a pressure cooker heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion and garlic sauté with little salt and turmeric for 1 minute.
- Then add tomato sauté until tomato get mash then add goat meat sauté for 5 minutes.
- Now add all powders mix well for 1 minute then add 2 to 3 cup of water let it cook.
- Let 5 whistle come then make it simmer for 10 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Let cool down the cooker then open it again boil it until kuzhambu gets thicken.
- Serve it with white rice ,roti, idly or dosa.
Note:
- You can use any store bought meat masala.
- If you want you can increase or decrease the chili powder.
