Ingredients:
| Mixed Greens(Chopped) | -3cups |
| Mung Dhal(pasi paruppu) | -¼ cup |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Green chili(slit) | -2 |
| Sambar Powder | -½tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Garlic(optional) | -1(crushed) |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Red Chili | -2 |
Method:
- Cook the dhal with water in the pressure cooker and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Then add onion, green chili and crushed garlic sauté for a minute, then add tomato and turmeric sauté until tomato get mash.
- Now add chopped greens sauté well, add sambar powder mix well then add 1 cup of water.
- Cook well then add cooked dhal mix it and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn off the stove.
- Add salt.
- Serve with white rice.
