Ingredients:
| Grated Coconut | -3tbsp |
| Coriander Leaves | -2cups(chopped) |
| Onion, tomato(Chopped) | -¼ cup |
| Tamarind | -tiny marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Asafotida | -Pinch |
| Red Chili | -5 to 8 |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, add onion sauté for a minute or two.
- Then add coriander leaves sauté for a minute then turn off the stove.
- Grind with coconut, salt, tamarind and little water.
- Serve with idly or dosa.
