Ingredients:
| Kothavarangai | -300grams |
| Onion | -3tbsp |
| Tomato | -3tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -pinch |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Garlic Crushed | -1 |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Cut and wash the kothavarangai , Boil it in the pressure cooker with little salt and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning,
- Add onion, garlic sauté for a minute, then add tomato, turmeric and salt sauté until tomato get mash.
- Then add chili powder stir it, then add boiled vegetable sauté for 5 minutes until raw smell is gone.
- Serve with rice.
