Ingredients:
| Cucumber(Diced) | -2cups |
| Salt | -To taste |
| Yogurt | -1cup |
| Oil | -1tsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Asafotida | -pinch |
| Green chili | -1 |
| Red chili | -1 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, then add cucumber sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down, then add yogurt mix well.
- Serve with masala chappati, or rice varieties.
