Ingredients:
| Vazhalaipoo Thol(Chopped) | -1 cup |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Red Chili | -6 to 8 |
| Chana Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Tamarind | -small marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan with oil add seasonings fry without burning then keep it aside.
- Same pan sauté chopped thol for 3 to 4 minutes and keep it aside.
- Grind seasoning thing first, then add thol, salt and tamarind grind with little water.
- Serve with white rice, idly or dosa.
