Ingredients:
| Peerkangai(cut) | -3cups |
| Pasi Paruppu | -½ cup |
| Onion(diced) | -½ small |
| Tomato(diced) | -1small |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Sambar powder | -1tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad dhal | -1tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pressure cooker add pasi paruppu and 2 cups of water let it boil for 3 minutes.
- Now add all the ingredients mix well then cover with lid.
- Let 1 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down then open it.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning add it into the koottu.
- Let boil it for 1 or 2 minute then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice.
