Ingredients:
| Bread | -8 slices |
| Onion(Diced) | -½ |
| Tomato(diced) | -1 |
| Green Chili(slit) | -2 |
| Red chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -pinch |
| Salt | -little |
| Yogurt(optional) | -3tbsp |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Asafotida | -pinch |
Method:
- Toast the bread in the bread toaster and cut into small pieces and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add mustard, urad dhal and asafetida fry without burning.
- Now add onion, green chili sauté for 1 or 2 minutes then add tomato ,pinch salt and turmeric sauté well until tomato get mash.
- Then add red chili powder mix it well then add yogurt stir it well.
- Now add toasted bread cook it for 3 to 4 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Serve it hot.
