Ingredients:
| Shredded Chicken | -400grams |
| Chili Powder | -1 to 2tbsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
For seasonings:
| Egg | -3 to 4 |
| Onion | -1 ½ cup |
| Tomato | -1cup |
| Green Chili(chopped) | -2 to 3 |
| Chili Powder | -2tsp |
| Garam Masala | -1tsp |
| Ginger Garlic Paste | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Coriander Leaves | -For garnish |
| Sesame oil | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Boil the chicken in the microwave with chili powder, salt and turmeric for 5 minutes.
- Mash it lightly and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add onion, green chili and curry leaves sauté with turmeric and salt.
- Then add ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds, then add tomato.
- Sauté with chili powder until tomato get mash.
- Now add chicken sauté for 5 minutes, Then make like a well add the eggs in the middle then fold it gently 3 to 5 minutes.
- Then add garam masala mix it then cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander leaves and serve it.
Note:
- Onion should be equal to chicken.
