Ingredients:
| Sweet potato(diced) | -1cup |
| Zucchini(diced) | -1cup |
| Avocado firm(diced) | -1cup |
| Colored Bell Pepper(Diced) | -1cup |
| Cucumber(Diced) | -1cup |
| Carrot(shredded) | -1cup |
| Green Apple(diced) | -1cup |
| Walnut | -¼ cup |
| Cranberry | -½ cup |
| Lemon Juice | -1 or 2tbsp |
| Pepper Powder | -1 or 2tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Chaat Masala | -1tsp |
Method:
- Take a sweet potato roast it on the stove top for 5 minutes.
- Peel the skin and wash it and dice it.
- Dice the Avocado cook it in the microwave for 1 or 2 minute and keep it aside.
- Now mix it everything and serve it.
