Ingredients:
| Brown Chana | -1cup |
| Zucchini(cut) | -1 |
| Tomato(diced0 | -1cup |
| Onion(diced) | -1(medium) |
| Green Chili | -1 |
| Garlic | -1 |
| Cloves | -2 |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Fresh Cream | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Soak the chana for 8 to 10 hours.
- Then Drain the water Put it in the hot pack, and lid it tightly.
- Now leave it for 2 days to sprout.
- Take a pressure cooker mix all the ingredients except cream with 3 cups of water.
- Let 3 whistle comes then keep it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Let the cooker cool down, then open it then mash it with the hand blender.
- If you want you can add more water like soup consistency.
- Boil it for few minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with fresh cream.
