Ingredients:
| Raw Rice Flour(Powder) | -3cups |
| Urad Flour | -1cup |
| Cumin | -2tsp |
| Asafetida powder | -½tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Hot oil or Butter | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -for deep fry |
Method:
- Mix everything with water and make like chapatti dough.
- Take 5 or 3 holes Thenkuzhalal press fills the dough in it.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium high.
- Make like a round thenkuzhalal and cook both sides.
- Then take out from the oil keep it in the paper towel for observe oil.
- Store it in the air tight container.
