Serving: 4 |Type: Snack/ Pillayar Nombu
Ingredients:
| Green Gram Dhal | -1 cup |
| Oil | -1tsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tbsp |
| Red Chili | -2 |
| Asafotida | -2pinch |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Grated Coconut(optional) | -2tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Soak the dhal overnight.
- Boil with water and salt for 10 to 15 minutes until dhal get soft.
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add cook dhal in it and mix well.
- If you want add coconut, add it and turn off the stove.
- Serve it.
