Ingredients:
| Wheat Flour | -1(cup) |
| Besan | -½ (cup) |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Oomam (Ajwan) | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Ghee | -2tbsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Yogurt | – ½ cup |
| Kasoori Methi | -2tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Coriander Leaves | -1tbsp |
Method:
- Mix everything with water like chappati dough and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Then make lemon size balls and roll it like thin round shape.
- Heat the tawa and cook the roti both sides and take out from the tawa.
- Apply ghee on both side and serve hot with any side dish or Raitha and pickle.

- This roti is Rajasthan special.
