Ingredients:
| Wheat Flour | -1cup |
| Besan(Kadalai Mavu) | -2tbsp |
| Kasoori Methi | -2tbsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Green chili(chopped) | -1 |
| Ginger Garlic paste | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -½tsp |
| Salt | -To taste |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -for deep fry |
Method:
- Mix everything in a bowl with water like chappati dough.
- Apply ½tsp oil and keep it for ½ hour.
- Then make small balls and make like round small poori.
- Take a pan heat with oil fry the pooris like golden brown.
- Serve with hot.
