Ingredients:
| Beet Root | -2medium size |
| Thoor Dhal | -1 cup |
| Red chili | -5 to 8 |
| Sombu | -1tsp |
| Jeera(cumin) | -1tsp |
| Garlic(optional) | -2pods |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -For Frying |
Mixing:
| Onion(Finely chopped) | -½cup |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
| Curry Leaves(chopped) | -few |
| Channa Dhal(soaked) | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Peel and wash the beet root and great it.
- Then Squeeze out the water and keep it aside.(save the water)
- Soak the thoor dhal for 4 hours.
- Then grind the dhal with given ingredients coarsely with saved water little by little.
- Now mix the above ingredients and mix well.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Take a ground mixer make a small ball.
- And pat like small vada and fry it in the hot oil.
- Fry it both sides until crisp.
- Serve like snack or side dish for rice.
