Serving: 4 | Type: Veg Kuzhambu/ Sambar
Ingredients:
| Mampazham (ripe mango) | -1 |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Sour Cream | -1cup |
| Yogurt | -½ cup |
| Coconut Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Red and green chili | -1each |
| Asafotida | -pinch |
Grinding:
| Grated Coconut | -4tbsp |
| Cumin | -½tsp |
| Green chili | -4 |
| Rice Flour | -1tsp |
| Ginger | -1 inch |
Method:
- Cut the mango wit skin and boil it with salt and turmeric about 5 minutes.
- Turn off the stove, let it cool.
- Grind everything with sour cream and yogurt.
- Mix it with the boiled mango.
- Then keep it in the stove and cook it until bubble comes.
- Then season it and pour it in the Kuzhambu.
- Serve with white rice.
