Ingredients:
| Rice Flour | -3cups |
| Urad Dhal | -1 cup |
| Cumin | -1 tbsp |
| Butter(room temperature) | -1tbsp |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -taste |
| Oil | -for deep fry |


Method:
- Wash and boil the urad dhal with 1 cup of water in the pressure cooker.
- Until 3 whistle comes then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down then grind it in the mixe like fine paste.
- Now mix everything like chappati dough.
- Take a pan and heat with oil on medium flame.
- Now take a murukku press with 3 star disc fill with dough and press it in the hot oil.
- Cook it like crisp on both sides and take out from the oil.
- Then store it in the air tight container.
