
Serving: 4/ Type: Veg Kuzhambu
Ingredients:
| Ripe Mango | -6(small) |
| Green Chili | -2 to 4 |
| Turmeric Powder | -1/4tsp |
| Salt | -To taste |
| Jaggrey | -1tsp |
| Water | -3 cups |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1 tsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Cumin | -1/2tsp |
| Asafetida | -1/2tsp |
| Curry leaves | -Few |
| Red Chili | -2 |
Method:
- Wash and peel the mango.
- Take a pan add mango, green chili, turmeric, salt, jaggrey and water.
- Boil it until mango gets soft.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Now add it into the charu.
- Mix well, then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice.
Note:
- I used small mangoes.
- You can use big mangoes, peel and cut small pieces.
- If you fell Watery ,you can add 1tbsp rice flour.
