Serving: 4 | Type: Pasta / Noodles

Ingredients:
| Hakka Noodles | -400 grms |
| Onion diced | -1 ½ cup |
| Ginger, garlic | -2inch , 8 to 10 |
| Carrot cut | -1cup |
| Beans Cut | -30 to 40 string |
| Cabbage cut | – 2 cups |
| Oil | -4to 6 tbsp |
| Pepper powder | -1 to 2tbsp |
| Soy sauce | -2 to 3tbsp |
| Salt | – to taste |
Method:
- Take a vessel with water and boil the noodles and keep it aside.
- Pound the ginger garlic in the mortal and keep it aside.
- Take a heavy bottom big pan heat with oil.
- Add half of the onion and pounded ginger garlic sauté for a minute.
- Now add beans sauté for 3 to 4 minutes , then add carrot sauté for 2 minutes.
- Then add cabbage sauté for 30 seconds , then add soy sauce and salt,
- Mix well then add cooked noodles mix it well until all coated well.
- Then add pepper powder mix well.
- Adjust according your taste to add pepper and salt.
- Now add rest of the onion mix well for the crunch.
- Serve hot with any tomato ketchup.
