Ingredients:
| Mint Leaves | -½ cup |
| Jaljeera Powder | -2tsp |
| Sugar | -3tsp |
| Lemon Juice | -2tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Grind the mint with ½ cup of water into paste.
- Then add sugar, lemon juice, salt and jaljeera powder and mix well.
- Strain the juice and mix 2 cups of water.
- Serve with ice cubes.
Note:
- You can get jaljeera powder at all Indian groceries.
- If you can not find the jaljeera powder you can mix together roasted ground cumin powder, pepper powder and dry mango powder to make a total of 2tsp.
- You can also use chaat masala.
