Ingredients:
| Oats(cooked) | -2cups |
| Ghee | -2tbsp |
| Pepper Powder | -2tbsp |
| Cumin Powder | -1tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:

- Take the steel cut oats and cook with water in the pressure cooker for 1 whistle and then place in sim for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with ghee, add pepper powder, cumin powder, salt and curry leaves and sauté.
- Then add the cooked oats and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with any kind of kootu or more kuzhambu.
Note:
- While seasoning you can add cashew nuts for extra crunch.
