Ingredients:
| Hard Boiled Egg(Sliced) | -6 |
| Corn flour | -2tbsp |
| Rice Flour | -2tbsp |
| Kadalai mavu(Besan,Bengal gram flour) | -2tbsp |
| Chili Garlic Paste | -1tbsp |
| Soy Sauce | -1tbsp |
| Onion(Chopped) | -3tbsp |
| Coriander Leaves(chopped) | -2tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Marinate everything for 2 to 3 hours and keep it aside.
- Use egg whites only while slicing(If you want you can use yolk).
- Take a kuzhi Paniyara pan heat with little oil take a spoon full of marinated egg and pour it slowly.
- Cook it both sides and take out from the pan.
- Serve with Tomato ketchup.
