Ingredients:
| Cauliflower(cut) | -400grams |
| Onion(diced) | -¼cup |
| Tomato(diced) | -1 |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric Powder | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -½tsp |
| Urad dhal | -½tsp |
| Sombu | -¼tsp |
| Cumin | -¼tsp |
| Fenugreek | -¼tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion sauté for 1 minute then add tomato , pinch of salt and turmeric sauté until tomato get mash.
- Now add chili powder, cauliflower and remaining salt sauté well until cauliflower get soft.
- Make sure it won’t get mushy, cauliflower should be cook and crunchy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or roti.
