Ingredients:
| Potato(Boiled) | -1 ½ cup(mashed) |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Tomato(chopped) | -1 |
| Green chili | -5(slit) |
| Chili ,Dhaniya Powder | -1tsp |
| Turmeric Powder | -¼tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -½tsp |
| Sombu | -¼tsp |
| Cumin | -¼tsp |
| Red chili | -2 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take the mashed potato mix with 2 to 3 cups of water then add turmeric, chili powder and salt.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Add onion and green chili sauté for 1 minute then add tomato and pinch of salt sauté until tomato get mash.
- Then add potato mixture cook for 5 to 10 minutes then turn off the stove,
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with idly or dosa.
