Ingredients:
| Purple Cabbage(Chopped) | -3cups |
| Onion(chopped) | -1cup |
| Green Chili(chopped) | -3 |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Dosa Batter | -½ cup |
| Besan | -3 tbsp |
| Rice Flour | -¾ cup |
| Corn Flour | -1 tbsp |
| Salt | -To taste |
| Curry Leaves | -Few |
| Asafotida | -A pinch |
| Oil | -For deep frying |
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients expect oil, from the wetness of the dosa batter, (if too dry, add very little water) .
- Then heat oil in a tawa on medium flame.
- Take a small size of dough and pinch it in the hot oil.
- Then let it cook thoroughly until golden-brown.
- Then remove from the oil.
- Keep repeating this until you finish the dough.
- Sever hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
