Ingredients:
| Boiled Potatoes | -4 to 6 |
| Palak (spinach) chopped | -2 cups |
| Onion chopped | -1/2 cup |
| Green chili | -2 to4 |
| Garam masala | -1tsp |
| Ginger garlic paste | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Bread crumbs | -1cup |
| Coriander leaves | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -for fry |
Method





- Take a pan heat with oil add onion and green chili sauté for a minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds.
- Then add Palak sauté for a minute now add garam masala mix it well.
- Then add boiled and mashed potato ,coriander leaves and salt mix well like dough.
- Make a lemon size balls and flatten it lightly coated in the bread crumbs and keep it aside.
- Take pan heat with oil and fry it all the cutlets both sides and take out from the pan,
- serve with ketchup.
