Ingredients:
| Baby Corn(cut) | -16 OZ |
| Onion(diced) | -3tbsp |
| Tomato (diced) | -1 |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Chili Powder | -1tsp |
| Garam Masala | -1tsp |
| Garlic Crushed | -1(optional) |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander leaves | -few |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tsp |
| Sombu | -½tsp |
| Cumin | -¼tsp |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Then add onion garlic sauté for a minute, now add tomato, salt and turmeric.
- Sauté until tomato get mash, then add corn sauté for 2 to 4 minutes.
- Then add chili powder cook well, then add Garam masala mix well.
- Until corn get soft the all water dried up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Then turn off the stove.
- Serve with rice.
