Ingredients:
| Cooked Rice | -3cups |
| Carrot(Chopped) | -½ cup |
| Spinach(chopped) | -1cup |
| Onion(chopped) | -½ cup |
| Green Chili(Slit) | -2 to 5 |
| Ginger)chopped) | -1tsp |
| Garlic(chopped) | -1tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil and Ghee | -2tbsp |
Method:
- Take a pan heat oil and ghee add chopped ginger and garlic sauté a for a second.
- Now add onion and green chili sauté for a minute, then add carrot and little salt.
- Sauté for 2 to 4 minutes on medium flame, then add spinach sauté well until both vegetables get soft.
- Now add cooked rice mix well cook it for 2 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with any side dish.
Note:
- Cook the rice with salt and 1tbsp of oil.
- Rice should not be sticky.
