Ingredients:
| Fish Nuggets | -400gram |
| Shallots or Onion | -1cup(chopped) |
| Garlic Flakes | -10(chopped) |
| Chili and coriander powder | -2 or 3tbsp |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Tamarind | -lemon size |
| Tomato | -1(chopped) |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Sesame oil | -3 or 4tbsp |
| Fenugreek Seeds | -½tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Green Chili | -1 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:
- Soak the tamarind with ½ cup water and squeeze out the pulp and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning.
- Add onion and garlic saute for 2 minutes then add tomato saute with salt and turmeric until tomato get mash.
- Then add chili coriander powder mix well now add tamarind pulp and 3 cups water.
- Boil it for 15 minutes on medium flame until it gets thick.
- Now add fish nuggets cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice or idly, dosa.
