Ingredients:
| Raw Rice | ¼ cup |
| Boiled Rice | ¼ cup |
| Thuvar Dhal | ¼ cup |
| Channa Dhal | ¼ cup |
| Mung Dhal | ¼ cup |
| Urad Dhal | ¼ cup |
| Red chili | 5 to 7 |
| Sombu | 1tsp |
| Coconut(Thinly cut) | 3tbsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Coriander leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -for deep fry |
Method:
- Soak the all rice and dhal for 3 to 5 hours.
- Then grind with chili and Sombu like coarse.
- Then mix all other ingredients except oil.
- Consistency should be not thick or thin.
- Take a pan heat with oil on medium flame.
- Take medium spoon of batter and pour it into the hot oil.
- Let it cook for both sides and take out from the oil.
- Serve it hot.
