Ingredients:

| Cooked Rice | -1 1/2 cups |
| Mixed Vegetables (Julienne) | -1cup |
| Garlic minced | -1tsp |
| Ginger minced | -1tsp |
| Dried red chili flakes | -1tsp |
| Green chili | -2 |
| Turmeric | -1/2tsp |
| Onion (chopped) | -1/2cup |
| Soy sauce | -1tbsp |
| Vegetarian oyster sauce | -1 ½ tbsp.(optional) |
| Red chili paste or(chili powder) | -1/2tsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Coriander Leaves | -2tbsp |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Tomato Ketchup | -1tsp |
Method:
- Cut Mixed vegetables like carrot, beans, cabbage, peas, spring onion, baby corn into Julienne (length-wise).
- Half cook the beans in salted water and keep aside.
- Take a big pan heat with oil add minced ginger and garlic, it will gives good aroma and sauté well.
- Now add onion, green chili, red chili flakes, salt and turmeric fry about 1 minute.
- Add carrot, beans, baby corn, peas, spring onion sauté well for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
- Now add chili paste, V. oyster sauce, tomato ketchup mix it well then add cabbage, and red chili paste sauté for 3 minutes. All vegetable should be crunchy, do not over cook.
- Then add cooked rice. Mix it well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chicken or vegetable kurma or raitha.
Note:
- Julienne means cut like thin strips.
- Cooked rice should be very flaky, not very sticky.
