Ingredients:
| Chow Chow | -1(diced) |
| Green Chili | -2 or 3 |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Grated Coconut | -2tbsp |
| Rice flour | -1tsp |
| Yogurt beaten | ½ or 1cup |
| Salt | -to taste |

Seasoning:
| Coconut Oil | -1tsp |
| Mustard | -½tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -½tsp |
| Red Chili | -1 |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
| Asafotida | -pinch(optional) |
Method:
- Grind green chili, coconut, cumin and rice flour with little water.
- Boil the chow chow with little water until soft, then add salt.
- Then add ground paste cook it for 3 to 4 minutes, then add beaten yogurt.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasoning fry without burning then add it into the boiled vegetable.
- Serve it like side dish for white rice.
Note:
- Instead of yogurt you can add low fat sour cream it gives creaminess of the dish.
- Or half sour cream and half yogurt.
- This dish go with all variety rice’s.
