Ingredients:
| Chow Chow skin | -1 cup |
| Onion | -½ cup |
| Tomato | -¼ cup |
| Tamarind | -small marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasoning:
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tsp |
| Chana Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Red chili | -5 or 6 |
| Asafotida | -¼tsp |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning.
- Now add onion and chow chow skin sauté well then add tomato sauté for 2 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Let it cool down then add tamarind and salt.
- Grind it in the mixer grinder with little water.
- It should be coarse not fine paste.
- Serve with hot rice with ghee or any tiffin variety.
