Ingredients:
| Cabbage(Chopped) | -350 grams |
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -2tbsp |
| Red or Green chili | -3 |
| Curry leaves | -few |
| Salt | -to taste |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning, then add cabbage.
- Sauté with salt for 5 to 8 minutes then turn off the stove.
- If you want very soft, you have to sauté for 3 minutes and cover with lid for 5 minutes on medium flame, then cook it for 3 minutes on open pan then turn off the stove.
- Serve with white rice.
