Serving: 4 |Type: Veg Gravy
Ingredients:
| Mixed Bell Pepper | -2cups(diced) |
| Onion | -½ cup(chopped) |
| Tomato | -1cup(chopped) |
| Chili Garlic Paste | -2tsp |
| Garlic Crushed | -2 |
| Turmeric | -¼tsp |
| Ketchup | -1tbsp |
| Corn Flour | -1tbsp |
| Salt | -to taste |
| Oil | -3tbsp |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil sauté bell pepper for 3 to 5 minutes on medium flame and keep it aside.
- Same pan add crushed garlic sauté for few seconds then add onion sauté for 2 to 3 minutes with salt and turmeric.
- Now add tomato sauté until tomato get mashed, then add chili paste and ketchup cook it until raw smell goes.
- Take a corn flour add ¼ cup of water mix well then add it into the gravy.
- Boil it until it gets thicken.
- Add the sautéd bell pepper, mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, and turn off the stove.
- Serve with roti or fried rice.
