Ingredients:
| Tofu (firm) | -1 pocket |
| Chili Garlic sauce | -1 or 2tbsp |
| Sesame seed | -1tbsp |
| Sesame Oil | -2 or 3tbsp |
| Soy sauce | -1tsp |
Method:
- Cut the tofu into small squares .
- Take a pan heat with oil and shallow fry the tofu.
- Meanwhile mix all the other ingredients in the bowl and keep it aside.
- Serve it like a snack.
- You serve the sauce separately as dip on side of the fried tofu or you can mix the sauce and tofu together.
