Ingredients:
| Red chili | -4 |
| Green Bell Pepper(cut) | -2 cups |
| Cumin | -1tsp |
| Coriander seeds | -2tbsp |
| Garlic | -1 |
| Coconut | -3tbsp |
| Tamarind | -small marble size |
| Salt | -to taste |
Seasonings:
| Oil | -1tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad dhal | -1tsp |
| Turmeric | -pinch |
| Curry leaves | -few |
Method:
- Take a pan heat with oil add red chili, coriander seeds, cumin, garlic sauté until aroma comes then take out from the pan.
- In the same pan add bell pepper sauté for 3 to 5 minutes and turn off the stove.
- Coarsely grind chili, coriander seeds, cumin, garlic with coconut, tamarind and salt with little water then add sauté bell pepper and grind coarsely.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry without burning then add it into the chutney.
- Serve with any tiffin or white rice.
