Serving: 2/ Type: Tiffin/ Breakfast

Ingredients:
| Idly | -8 |
| Onion(chopped) | -3tbsp |
| Oil | -2tbsp |
| Mustard | -1tsp |
| Urad Dhal | -1tbsp |
| Red Chili | -2 (broken) |
| Curry Leaves | -few |
Method:

- Take a cup of warm water and add ΒΌ tsp salt mix it well.
- Take each idly soak for 10 seconds and squeeze the water and crumbled the idles and keep it aside.
- Take a pan heat with oil add seasonings fry with out burning then add onion saute for 40 seconds.
- Now add crumbled idly mix well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then turn off the stove.
- Serve with any chutney or sambar.

- If you want you can Garnish with coriander leaves.
- You can add green chili.
- This one is very mild food no masala.
- Without onion also you can make this.
